Facility drawings are listed in the Building Directory by location. By clicking on any of the links, users see a floor plan image showing all identified units or workspaces. Since information is shared between modules, the Building Directory provides powerful visual reporting. Facility Managers, Property Managers, Department Managers and others can view information about occupancy, department groupings, furnishings and physical amenities.

Company Directory

Track the space assignments and contact information for all of your employees and contractors from the Company Directory. Facility, Human Resources and other Department Managers can effortlessly collaborate on space assignments. Reassigning people to a new workspace location is a simple procedure using pull-down menus. Providing instant feedback of who is where is an ideal solution for organizations that continually adjust and realign teams. The Company Directory becomes an even more valuable communication tool when read-only access is provided to the entire organization. Everyone will be able to locate others based on name, department, or visually by location.

Furniture Manager and Equipment Manager

Asset Management is provided through the Furniture Manager and Equipment Manager modules, which tracks the value and location of assets commonly managed by Facility and IT Departments. As the name implies, Furniture Manager saves money and footwork by tracking an organization's office furniture. Before purchasing new office furniture, Furniture Manager can be searched to see what items are available for use. Similarly, the Equipment Manager keeps track of valuable equipment found in offices, data centers and labs within your organization -- as well as critical service information needed to keep the equipment up and running.

Space Manager

A valuable aid in matching people to the right work or living environment, the Space Manager tracks the physical properties associated with each space. Clicking on a vacant workspace from a drawing, a Facility Manager can easily confirm that the space is a hard walled office with carpeting and windows appropriate for an executive.

Work Order Manager

Accept facility service requests from your organization online. Generate repair or service orders directly using the Work Order Manager. Track and communicate the progress of each order from start to completion. View pre-formatted reports including: summary of open and completed orders, summary of completed orders and their costs, and future repeating work orders. Additional reports can be quickly built to suit your needs.
